When can i expect the delivery after i have placed order? 

  • We will process all our delivery via Easyparcel within 1-2 business days after we have received your payment confirmation, unless is pre-order item. 
  • For estimated shipping time, please refer to the following:-

  •  FREE delivery for orders above RM 100 
  •  Same day delivery is available upon request

    • 5-7 business days 
    Singapore
    • 7-10 business days 
    • FREE Delivery for orders above SGD50
    Other Countries
    • Do drop us a note to check on the location & estimated charges.
    • Weight-based charges. Our website will quote the shipping rate for you based on your cart items and delivery address

    • Uncollected parcels will be returned to Blanche Jewellery and redelivery is chargeable.

     

    How can i track my order status?

    Once your order is shipped, you may check your tracking number via email.

    How long does it take to order Blanche Made Series, your handmade jewellery? 

    We will require additional 2-3 days to perfect and make your jewellery as they are all handmade item and made to order.
